My marathon training schedule is not totally complete. It will take a lot of running for sure. And I’m gonna build up my core, shoulders and arms. You really need that with the obstacles in an OCR.
Tonights session with the bootcampclub in Utrecht was great! I train there with a collegue in the medium group. We just got a new trainer and he’s superb! He trains different muscle groups and takes you to the edge.
But getting to that egde isn’t enough, to grow you must go over the edge!
For me the advantage of group training is training way more intense than solo.
Are you looking to improve athletically an are most of your trainings solo? Go sign up for a group training right now! Bootcamp is motivation and outside. Is that too crowded for you? At least train with somebody else. You’ll be more inclined to stick to your schedule (even with rain:-) and will be able to put more effort in your training sessions!
