Reading is a very important part of the Miracle Morning. After all one of the goals is to structurally improve yourself. This all comes from the thought that you need to improve yourself before you can expect to go further in live.

Short introduction

Like Henk mentioned before, I’ll be writing some blogs in the near future about ‘the road to the halve marathon’. But before I start with that I thought I’d introduce myself. My name is Gerwin Mulder, I’m 22 years old. I work as a representative and have a pretty active outlook on live. After a couple years of field football and a couple seasons of indoor football, I started focussing on running.

This time it’s up to Exercise

So, Exercise. Early in the morning? Absolutely! But if you have an hour in the morning to complete your SAVERS, you have 10 minutes per stage. So 10 minutes to exercise. Does that even make a difference?
